OREO Stacking
SHOWDOWN!!!
Our most recent showdown was on October 10th and we stacked OREO cookies. The best stacking was by the YELLOW team and they stacked 11 cookies before the tower fell.
Our NEXT SHOWDOWN is on October 23rd and it will be the kick off to RED RIBBON WEEK!!
Ice Cream Party
Our school store has been such a great success, we had ANOTHER PARTY!!! This time it was ice cream with all the toppings. We had strawberry and chocolate syrup, whipped topping, sprinkles, marshmellos and cherries on top!! The kids had a great time.
Our next school store goal is a video machine that allows students to be active while they play the game. It is like a "wii" vidoe game system except way cheaper!!! I think the kids will enjoy it and it will also get them moving!! The next $50.00 will be spent on this machine!! I hope to get it before the Thanksgiving Holidays!!
Pizza Party
The E-3 Ranch School Store has been a great success. Our first purchase with the profits was a pizza party from Donino's and a science movie. Congratulations and Thank you to all the students who make the store run smoothly each day!!!
Caught Ya Party!!!
Our class earned a party for getting 20 caught ya's!! We tied with Mrs. Hund and Mrs. Taylor for the first classes in the school to get 20!! I am so proud of my class. They got to choose their celebration. They choose a 30 minute movie and Blow Pops!! They had a great time eating and watching "Shark Tale"!!!
Sack Race Showdown
Our bi-weekly "Wild West Showdown" allows students to compete in teams to earn classroom jobs. This week we has sack races. The kids were worn out by the end but they still had fun!!! Green team won and earned 10 points for their team. They also won the class points total for 2 weeks. They chose to be the class deputies. Read team was next and they are our new Town Merchants. Blue was in 3rd and chose Town runner and yellow was left as the cleaning crew!! The next SHOWDOWN will be September 25th after the Willy Wonka play. Check back for updated pictures.
